Why Should You Trust Me?
Good question. I could bore you with details of my education and experience, however the truth is I just want to share my results.
You see, sadly I don’t have perfect genes, I put weight on watching my boyfriend eat chocolate and it sucks. If I don’t eat healthy and exercise I put weight on. It runs in the family, as my parents are both ‘big boned’.
However after lots of trial and error, pain and suffering I learned how to keep the weight of without spending hours in the gym or eating nothing but lettuce.
I just want to pass this onto others. I get so excited each fortnight when my group does measurements and I see how much weight they have lost. It is so cool, seeing them feel so much better because they are seeing results.
