Over the past 6 years working as a personal trainer I have experienced many different body shapes, encountered all types of diets (some of them quite bizarre) and I’ve tried pretty much every exercise fad out there?
I’m not afraid to admit it. I’m human too.

Like most of you, I am not genetically blessed with a super fast metabolism. I actually seem to be able to put weight on just by looking at chocolate and ice cream.

I do however have a few tricks up my sleeve and I know exactly what it takes to have a fantastic body, one that you can’t wait to show off at the beach. (Yes you can have a bit of chocolate and still lose weight, without feeling guilty about it)

It’s no secret that Boot Camp Style exercises get the fastest results in the shortest time. This is because every session delivers you Cutting-edge exercise techniques, scientifically proven to get results. You will get fit, build muscle and ramp up your metabolism.

My Outdoor sessions are designed to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest period of time, turning your body into a fat burning machine for 24 hours after your session. – Even if you’re blessed with less than perfect genetics.

And here’s the best part about it. They’re fun. It’s a proven fact that if you don’t enjoy something, there’s no chance that you will stick to it. That’s why I make sure that all of my sessions are loads of fun. You’ll actually look forward to your workout for a change.

I’m not the yelling type. Unlike some Bootcamps that are designed to scare you into submission. My promise is to inspire you, motivate you, encourage you, teach you the safe way to do exercises, and give you the occasional nudge when I feel that you need it.

You don’t have to be fit to start, you will get fit from coming here though. My specialty is understanding, support and holding YOU accountable.

You will work towards YOUR own goals at YOUR own pace.
